Odd Things

Here is a term I learned from a coworker the other day. Apparently this is what the law calls it when people of lesser economic standing leave their household trash in field or any place where it is illegal to deposit trash. Ladies and gentlemen, the phrase of the day.... Promiscuous Dumping. As immature as it is, it makes me laugh every time :)
