Relief!

I've found a methodology that, when I'm actually able to do it, has reduced my morning sickness considerably!

Step 1- Eat every hour and a half to two hours... high protein when possible.

Step 2- Move as little as possible and treat flare ups with mints and lemon drops.

..... I'm going to get really fat :P

My mother in law swears by papaya if you like that. Hope you start feeling better soon!

Even though this hasn't helped with the morning sickness, I consistently implement part 1 and part 2a of this method. I haven't tried the lemon drops or mints...maybe that's what I'm missing.
