A Good Day :)

It is official. As of yesterday, I am now 26 years old. Oh, and I had the best birthday EVER! Nate took the day off of work and we took Micah out for a day on the town :) It started with a Panera breakfast at home. We followed breakfast with our best attempt to make Micah into a preppy frat boy ~

We then headed downtown to the Aquarium. Micah loves fish because he can get right up to the glass and they are constantly moving, so they capture his attention. We had a lot of looks like this~

Did you know that they have white tigers at the Aquarium? Micah appears surprisingly unconcerned with the precarious position of his head here :P ~

From the Aquarium, we walked to the Hard Rock for me to get a birthday guitar pin which is always a good thing :) We then headed over to Rice village for lunch at the Black Walnut Cafe... sooooo, delicious! We walked around the village after lunch and ended up buying Micah some swim trunks at Gymboree. They have guitars on them... he's gonna be a rock star :)

From Rice village, we went to get frozen yogurt at Berripop in Uptown Park. From there, we headed back to Katy and went to La Centerra. We went into the Loft and I ignored price tags while I picked out shorts, a cami, a cardigan and a really cute shirt all purchased with birthday money and thus, without guilt :) We came home and Nate watched High School Musical 3 with me (hehe :) while Micah napped. My mom came over to watch little man and Nate and I went to Churrascos (with a gift card from Christmas... thanks Grandma!) and had an amazing 3 course meal that we had to waddle away from. Anyhoo, it was an awesome day and we all had a lot of fun!
