Our fourth stop on our grand tour of the south was Nashville! We spent a lot of time driving around the city and seeing this BEAUTIFUL city from the car on the first night we were there. We went by Vanderbuilt and spotted a gem of a park across the street. We decided to take the kids back to Centennial Park the next morning. Our first stop was to feed the ducks on the lake~
Micah was expressing his outrage that the ducks were ignoring us (and our bread)~
Turns out they were a bit shy, but that didn't stop us from faithfully throwing carbs into the water.
Then all of the sudden, the geese noticed our generousity and with their approach, the ducks began to take notice as well~
and before we knew it, we had a faithful crowd!
Lizzie had a good time :)
From there we headed to the park's wonderful shaded playground. The kids had a good time (I swear) but I couldn't resist posting this very Lizzie picture!
p.s.- while in the park we saw them filming a segment for the Biggest Loser!

Love the stink-eye shot.
It looks so beautiful there! And I'm going to need more details about the Biggest Loser!
