Sooooo, I loaded the belly pic from this week onto my computer, but forgot to put it in a place where I could actually get it to put it in the blog..... so maybe the belly will be an every other week thing :) Here's where I am at 22 weeks~
How big is your baby?
Your baby is approximately 9 inches long and weighs a whole 14 ounces.
What is happening with your baby?
Your baby has pretty much taken on the form of a newborn baby, but is incredibly small. Much development will continue to occur over the next 18 weeks. His skin appears wrinkly, but this is because he has not yet gained enough weight to fill the skin out. The lips are becoming more distinct. The eyes have completely formed, but the iris (the colored portion of the eye) still lacks pigment. The eyelids and eyebrows are in place, and the pancreas is continuing to mature.
Does anyone else thing that the bit about the pancreas is kind of random? Anyhoo, that's all for today.... if I remember, I will post the belly pic when I get home tonight :)

After you mention the pancreas being random, it really sticks out like sore thumb. But, it made me laugh.

Yeah, I read that and just kinda had a "huh?" reaction. I guess I am excited for Micah about getting a pancreas and all :)
